Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind TabDSP. If the Software does not function as described in our documentation, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

This guarantee applies to both subscription and perpetual (lifetime) license purchases.

Eligibility

Refunds are available when:

  • The Software does not perform as described in the TabDSP documentation
  • A technical issue prevents the Software from functioning correctly and cannot be resolved through troubleshooting
  • Licensed features fail to unlock after successful payment and activation
  • The request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date

Refund Process

  1. Contact us at tabdsppolicy@soundreaction.com with:
    • Your license key or order number
    • A description of the issue you experienced
    • Your browser name and version
    • The TabDSP version (shown in the extension popup header)
  2. Troubleshooting: We may suggest troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue. We will work with you to find a solution before processing a refund.
  3. Refund issued: If the issue cannot be resolved, we will process your refund through Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor and Merchant of Record). Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Subscription Cancellation

If you have a subscription (monthly or annual), you can cancel at any time:

  • Access continues through the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges after cancellation
  • The extension reverts to the Free tier when the billing period ends

To cancel, use the "Manage Subscription" link in the extension's license panel, or visit your Lemon Squeezy customer portal.

Try Before You Buy

TabDSP offers a fully functional Free tier that includes the 8-Band Graphic EQ, Real-Time Spectrum Analyzer, Linear Phase EQ Mode, Mid/Side Processing, and RMS Metering. We encourage you to try the Free tier before purchasing to ensure TabDSP works well with your browser and audio setup.

Exclusions

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
  • Issues caused by incompatible hardware, unsupported browsers, or third-party software conflicts
  • DRM-protected content that cannot be processed (this is a documented browser limitation, not a defect)
  • Violation of the Terms of Service

Payment Processor

All purchases and refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles all payment processing, tax collection, and refund disbursement on our behalf.
